Beth Davis, Esq.

Since 2005, Beth has dedicated her practice to helping individuals seeking disability and life insurance benefits under the Employee Income Security Act (ERISA) as well as claims under individual policies. For nearly 20 years, she has successfully advocated for clients who were wrongfully denied benefits.

Beth is Of Counsel to Monahan Tucker, PC, assisting the firm with its Appeals Practice.

Beth has given numerous presentations on ERISA claims and appeals and is a noted speaker on making a successful appeal.

Beth began her practice in Illinois after her admission to the bar in 2004. She was then admitted to the North Carolina bar in 2006, where she continued her advocacy for clients seeking disability and life insurance benefits. In 2011, Beth was admitted to the California bar, continuing her ERISA practice.

Beth and her husband have three children and reside in Altadena, CA.
