Carolyn Spencer
Born and raised in Northern California, and now raising her own three children there, Carolyn has a deep appreciation for the region.
Carolyn has been working as a legal assistant since 2008 and finds joy in helping people navigate the complexities of the insurance process. In her career she has developed the same shared values as Monahan Tucker Law, which is why she is excited to be part of its team:

Carolyn is Monahan Tucker Law’s office manager, legal assistant, and soon to be paralegal. She is currently enrolled at UC Davis and is completing her paralegal certification. The Paralegal Program at UC Davis is accredited by the American Bar Association, and it offers a comprehensive curriculum that will enable her to even more strongly support her team and its clients.
Carolyn’s favorite part of her work is helping those whose claims have been wrongfully denied, and helping them get their lives back on track.
